We aim to help take the stress out of the often stressful process of buying and selling residential property. The way we do this is by giving you on line access to your own files enabling you to keep track of the stages we have reached with your transaction (To see sample purchase or sale pages, click on one of the links). You can also communicate with us by e-mail and be sure of a prompt reply.

This process does not of course replace the personal service in which we pride ourselves. You can still ring us anytime between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm, five days a week, but the added bonus is that we will ensure that your on line files are up to date so that you can check the current position on your transaction at your own convenience.

We provide a full range of Conveyancing and Property related services for individual clients. These extend from the sale, purchase and mortgage of houses and flats to the remortgage of existing residential properties and are designed to safeguard your interests and make sure that your transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible.

In addition to the normal aspects of the transfer and mortgage of properties, we advise on related matters such as joint ownership, inheritance and town and country planning.
