The introduction of HIPs will affect the way you will have to work. There is no doubt they will affect the timing of marketing. Unless Packs are produced quickly potential sales could be lost.

It is also clear that the production of Packs involve a great deal of work, much of which will be unfamiliar to you. Most Pack providers will not be regulated in any way and inexperienced in dealing with technical, legal information. Of course you can put your trust in them, but you will remain responsible under the terms of the Housing Act 2004.
