Key People

Clive Holland
Clive is Senior Partner and the Head of our Online service. A solicitor with well over 25 years experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, he is a member of the Law Society Property Section. Outside of the office, he is the elected President of the Royal Life Saving Society and Chairman of its national Management Board as well as being Vice Chair of Governors of a local technology college.

Irene Wells
Irene is an experienced conveyancing secretary who started her career with us some years ago and has now returned to the Firm having worked as a secretary and PA in property departments of other firms in the area. She supports Clive.

Lynda Tinsley
Lynda is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer and has worked for the Firm for five years doing her training with us. She has several years of experience in residential property work having worked in law firms in Wiltshire and in the north of England.

Sue Tatlock
Sue has been a conveyancing secretary and assistant in our property department for over 20 years. She presently supports Lynda in dealing with client matters.

Louise Brennan
Louise is an experienced Conveyancing Assistant who has worked for local law firms and councils for several years. She joined us at the beginning of 2006.

Diane Callaghan
Diane supports Louise with secretarial and clerical backup.

Stephanie Cox
Stephanie is a qualified Legal executive with many years specailised experience in conveyancing. She has been a member of the Online Property department since 1997.

Sarah Galpin
Sarah joined our property department in 1988 having previously worked for another local law firm. Sarah supports Stephanie.

Hayley Marriner
Hayley provides clerical support for the whole department. She joined us from college having completed courses in IT, Accounts and Law.

Paul Thomas
Paul is a qualified Legal Executive with many years experience in residential and commercial property. He has previously run his own firm and has worked in many legal environments.

Cheryl Courtenay
Cheryl has recently transferred to our Online department having worked for the firm some time. She supports Paul.
