Clive Holland
Clive is a Partner in the firm. A solicitor with well over 30 years experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, he is a member of the Law Society Property Section. Outside of the office, he is a member of the Board of Directors of International Life Saving Federation and its European Region and an elected Director and Trustee of the Royal Life Saving Society UK..

Irene Wells
Irene is an experienced conveyancing secretary who started her career with us some years ago and has now returned to the Firm having worked as a secretary and PA in property departments of other firms in the area. She supports Clive.

Christopher Taylor
Christopher qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined us from a regional firm in Warwickshire. He has a wide range of residential and commercial property experience. He is head of our Online department. Chris also advises on commercial agreements and business law generally.

Sarah Galpin
Sarah joined our property department in 1988 having previously worked for another local law firm.

Karen Newton
Karen is a Legal Executive within our Conveyancing Team. She has been a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives since 2000. She has been working within conveyancing since 1992 and has since gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in conveyancing, specifically the residential conveyancing sector. She has experience of working with and acting for private individuals, property developers, house builders and housing associations and has dealt with most aspects of residential conveyancing.

Sue Tatlock
Sue has been a conveyancing secretary and assistant in our property department for over 20 years. She presently supports Karen in dealing with client matters.

Hayley Marriner
Hayley provides clerical support for the whole department. She joined us from college having completed courses in IT, Accounts and Law.
