Key People

Clive Holland
Clive is a Partner in the firm and the Head of our Online service. A solicitor with well over 30 years experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, he is a member of the Law Society Property Section. Outside of the office, he is a member of the Board of Directors of International Life Saving Federation and its European Region.

Irene Wells
Irene is an experienced conveyancing secretary who started her career with us some years ago and has now returned to the Firm having worked as a secretary and PA in property departments of other firms in the area. She supports Clive.

Lynda Tinsley
Lynda is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer and has worked for the Firm for ten years doing her training with us. She has several years of experience in residential property work having worked in law firms in Wiltshire and in the north of England.

Sue Tatlock
Sue has been a conveyancing secretary and assistant in our property department for over 20 years. She presently supports Lynda in dealing with client matters.

Christopher Taylor
Christopher qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined us from a regional firm in Warwickshire. He has a wide range of residential and commercial property experience. Chris also advises on commercial agreements and business law generally.

Sarah Galpin
Sarah joined our property department in 1988 having previously worked for another local law firm.

Hayley Marriner
Hayley provides clerical support for the whole department. She joined us from college having completed courses in IT, Accounts and Law.
